This week we started adding color to the smaller pieces we started last week with oil pastels and soft chalk pastels. Each student stretched their comfort a little more by working on a slightly larger sheet of black paper this week as well. They are all doing so well.We also used our sketchbooks to get a jump on next week’s painting project. I selected two types of music to compare and contrast while having the students draw the ideas the music was expressing to them. We will be creating paintings based on the theme of classical music and jazz music.See you all next week!
