This week our young artists really got into their paintings. This week we used classical music as our jumping in point for inspiration. It helped the students liberate their preconceived notions on how to make “good” art and just let it happen naturally. They are all very supportive of each other and encourage each other with kindness, it’s a joy to see and hear. I enjoy listening to their stories and shares on how they are loving the class as well as what they are looking forward to. Next week we dive into 3D art. I have asked each student to bring a small object from home next week. We will be casting this object in a plaster from a mold we will construct.This next project should be well revived by the group.Have a great week!!!
